Silvana Camargo, crowned Miss Bolivia, Miss Latina World, Miss SW Florida AND Miss Latina United States is more than just another pretty face. This Telemundo TV sensation is stepping up her game, and doing it all for the kids. What makes this beauty contestant above average? Besides being aesthetically superior on the outside, her heart is always in the right place. Even coming from such hardships in life, to recently experiencing the fruits of her labor- and she still decides to give it ALL back?
It all begins with her foundation, The Silvana Save A Child Foundation. The Silvana Save a Child Foundation is committed to improving the lives of children through the arts. Children who are otherwise incapable of exposure to the magic and wonder of the arts. The Foundation will be putting on theatrical events for children with the dual objective of entertaining and providing a valuable message.
One of the events, Hilarion Camargo Puppet Shows, at children’s hospitals in the Miami area will show children with terminal and acute diseases that life has meaning and opportunities, no matter what challenges your faced with. The Foundation will also provide theatrical presentations to kids who are challenged in juvenile detention centers, orphanages and under privileged schools.
A beauty queen with a purpose! Check out the next Hilarion Camargo Puppet Show on October 10th. They will be back to back starting at Joe Dimaggio, and ending at The Miami Children’s Hospital. These shows are sure to uplift, inspire and teach children that through the theatre of the mind-anything is possible. “I wanted to create a foundation that actually makes a difference. That will allow the children to feel better, and safe and give them hope. Each show has a message, they are sure to learn something substantial and feel uplifted, all at the same time!” Says Silvana about her foundation, and she means it.

Silvana Camargo is originally from Bolivia and is a beauty contest winner who holds the titles of Ms. Latina Southwest Florida, Ms. Latina World contestant, Ms. Bolivia International and a Ms. Latina US. She is a TV personality from Telemundo on Channel 43 Naples and Channel 51 Miami. She is also the co-hostess of Who’s Who in Entertainment on WZAB radio 880 AM.
